Entry level maintenance package, Type Basic, allowing you updates and changes to your web site on a monthly basis. Any updates will be included into our work schedule and will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis, not exceeding 1 hour. |

Medium maintenance package, Type Medium, allowing you updates and changes to your web site on a monthly basis not exceeding 3hrs. Updates are processed on a "first come, first served" basis. |
Business |
Maintenance package, Type Business, caters specifically for a fast turn-around time. Updates will be processed within the hour of receipt to a maximum of 6 working hours per month during normal business hours. |
Business Med |
Maintenance package, Type Business Medium, caters specifically for a fast turn-around time. Updates will be processed within the hour of receipt to a maximum of 9 working hours per month during normal business hours. |
Corporate |
The Corporate package, providing for maintenance and support tasks to be processed as priority and are dealt with first. You are also not limited to the amount of requests sent per month provided they do not exceed 30 working hours of normal company time per calendar month. |
Corporate Pro |
The Corporate Pro package, providing for maintenance and support tasks to be processed as Top priority and are dealt with first. You are not limited to the amount of requests sent per month provided they do not exceed 50 working hours of normal company time per calendar month. |
